Your first earning is credited 24 hours after you become eligible (i.e., after you hold a VIP rank with a positive balance). After that, payouts continue every 24 hours automatically. If the server restarts, it picks up right where it left off — you will never be skipped or double-paid.

There are a few reasons this might happen: (1) Your account is still on the Regular rank — only Bronze and above are eligible. (2) Your balance is $0.00 — you need a positive balance to earn. (3) It has been less than 24 hours since your last earning or since you upgraded. If none of these apply and you still haven't received your earning, please contact our support team.

Yes — once funds are in your account (from any source), they contribute to your earning balance as long as you hold a VIP rank. The distinction only matters for VIP upgrades: only direct deposits count toward your upgrade requirement, not funds transferred to you by other users. But for earning purposes, your full account balance is used.
